سياسة الشحن Shipping Policy

توضح هذه السياسة آلية شحن وتوصيل طلبات كتب دار أوراس للنشر والتوزيع داخل مصر وخارجها. This policy explains how Auras for Publishing and Distribution ships and delivers book orders within Egypt and internationally.

١) نطاق التغطية1) Coverage

• الشحن متاح داخل جمهورية مصر العربية لجميع المحافظات عبر شركات شحن معتمدة.Shipping is available across all governorates in Egypt via approved carriers.
• الشحن الدولي يتوفر حسب الوجهة وتُحسب تكلفته عند إتمام الطلب أو بالتواصل مع خدمة العملاء.International shipping depends on destination; cost is calculated at checkout or via customer support.

٢) مدة التجهيز والتوصيل2) Processing & delivery time

• يتم تجهيز الطلب خلال ١–٣ أيام عمل من تأكيد الدفع أو تأكيد الطلب.Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days after payment/order confirmation.
• مدة التوصيل داخل مصر عادةً ٢–٥ أيام عمل حسب المحافظة وشركة الشحن.Delivery within Egypt usually takes 2–5 business days depending on governorate and carrier.
• في مواسم الذروة أو العروض قد تزيد المدة قليلًا، وسنُعلمك بأي تأخير متوقع.During peak seasons or promotions, delivery may take slightly longer; we will notify you of expected delays.

٣) تكلفة الشحن3) Shipping fees

• تظهر تكلفة الشحن بوضوح قبل إتمام الطلب حسب العنوان ووزن الطرد.Shipping fees are shown clearly before checkout based on address and parcel weight.
• قد نوفر شحنًا مجانيًا أو مخفضًا على عروض محددة يُعلن عنها في المتجر.Free or discounted shipping may apply to selected promotions announced in the store.

٤) تتبع الطلب4) Order tracking

بعد الشحن يصلك رقم التتبع عبر رسالة/إيميل إن توفر من شركة الشحن، ويمكنك متابعة الحالة معنا عبر واتساب أو البريد. After dispatch, you receive a tracking number when provided by the carrier, and you can follow up with us via WhatsApp or email.

٥) التأخير أو عدم الاستلام5) Delays or failed delivery

• يرجى التأكد من صحة رقم الهاتف والعنوان عند الطلب لتفادي تأخير التسليم.Please ensure your phone number and address are correct to avoid delivery delays.
• إذا تعذّر التسليم بسبب بيانات خاطئة أو عدم الرد على المندوب، قد تُعاد الشحنة إلينا وتُحسب رسوم شحن إضافية لإعادة الإرسال.If delivery fails due to incorrect details or no response to the courier, the parcel may be returned and extra shipping may apply for resending.
