سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدالRefund & Exchange Policy

نحرص على رضاك. توضح هذه السياسة حالات استرجاع أو استبدال الكتب المشتراة من متجر أوراس. Your satisfaction matters. This policy explains when books purchased from Auras may be returned or exchanged.

١) الحالات المقبولة1) Accepted cases

• وصول كتاب تالف أو به عيب طباعة واضح.A book arriving damaged or with a clear printing defect.
• استلام منتج مختلف عن الطلب المؤكد.Receiving a product different from the confirmed order.
• نقص في محتويات الطلب مقارنة بما تم دفعه.Missing items compared to what was paid for.

٢) المدة والإبلاغ2) Timeframe & reporting

• يجب الإبلاغ خلال ٤٨ ساعة من الاستلام مع صورة واضحة للمشكلة ورقم الطلب.Report within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the issue and your order number.
• بعد مراجعة البلاغ نحدد الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع حسب التوفر.After review, we arrange an exchange or refund based on availability.

٣) حالات غير قابلة للاسترجاع3) Non-returnable cases

• تغيّر الرأي بعد الاستلام دون عيب في المنتج.Change of mind after delivery with no product defect.
• كتب مستخدمة أو بها تلف ناتج عن سوء الاستخدام بعد الاستلام.Used books or damage caused by misuse after delivery.
• المنتجات الرقمية (إن وُجدت) بعد إتمام التحميل/التفعيل.Digital products (if any) after download/activation.

٤) آلية الاسترجاع المالي4) Refund process

في حال الموافقة على الاسترجاع، يُعاد المبلغ بنفس طريقة الدفع خلال ٧–١٤ يوم عمل بعد استلام المنتج المعيب/الخاطئ والتحقق منه. If a refund is approved, the amount is returned via the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and verify the defective/incorrect product.
