باستخدامك لمتجر دار أوراس للنشر والتوزيع فإنك توافق على الشروط التالية التي تنظّم عملية الشراء واستخدام الموقع. By using the Auras for Publishing and Distribution store, you agree to the following terms governing purchases and use of the website.

١) طبيعة المتجر1) Nature of the store

المتجر يبيع كتبًا ومحتوى معرفيًا صادرًا عن الدار أو ضمن شبكة توزيعها. الصور والأسعار معروضة بحسن نية وقد تُحدَّث دون إشعار مسبق. The store sells books and knowledge content published by Auras or within its distribution network. Images and prices are shown in good faith and may be updated without prior notice.

٢) الطلبات والدفع2) Orders & payment

• يُعتبر الطلب مؤكدًا بعد إتمام الدفع أو تأكيد طريقة الدفع المتفق عليها.An order is confirmed after successful payment or agreed payment method confirmation.
• نحتفظ بحق إلغاء أي طلب يبدو غير مكتمل أو مشبوه أو بسبب نفاد الكمية، مع إبلاغك وإرجاع المبلغ إن تم التحصيل.We may cancel incomplete, suspicious, or out-of-stock orders, with notification and a refund if payment was collected.

٣) حقوق الملكية الفكرية3) Intellectual property

جميع النصوص والصور والشعارات ومحتوى الموقع والكتب محمية بحقوق الملكية الفكرية. يُمنع النسخ أو إعادة البيع أو التوزيع غير المصرح به. All texts, images, logos, site content, and books are protected by intellectual property rights. Unauthorized copying, resale, or distribution is prohibited.

٤) مسؤولية المستخدم4) User responsibility

• تقديم بيانات صحيحة للتواصل والشحن.Providing accurate contact and shipping details.
• عدم إساءة استخدام الموقع أو محاولة اختراقه أو تعطيله.Not misusing, hacking, or disrupting the website.

٥) حدود المسؤولية5) Limitation of liability

نبذل جهدًا لضمان دقة المعلومات وتسليم المنتجات بحالة جيدة. لا نتحمل تأخيرات ناتجة عن شركات الشحن أو ظروف قاهرة خارجة عن إرادتنا. We strive for accurate information and good product condition. We are not liable for carrier delays or force majeure beyond our control.

٦) تعديل الشروط6) Changes to terms

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر، ويصبح التحديث ساريًا فور نشره على الموقع. We may update these terms from time to time; updates take effect once published on the website.
